  • Domestic Shipping (within the United States):
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
    • Next-Day Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM PST)
  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and can be affected by factors such as weather, customs delays, or third-party carriers.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and the shipping method you choose at checkout. The total cost of shipping will be displayed before you complete your order.

  • Free Domestic Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 for domestic customers within the United States.
  • International Shipping Rates: International shipping rates vary depending on the destination. You will be provided with the exact shipping cost at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that orders placed during high-demand periods, such as holidays, may take longer to process.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery.
  • International Customs and Duties: For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import charges may be applied by your local customs office upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
  • Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses: We do not currently ship to military APO/FPO addresses.
